Strapple is now Strapa

Dear all,

The past year has been an incredible one for Strapple. Thanks to you, Strapple has experienced large growth and received tremendous attention. We appeared on Apple’s radar and, in the beginning of 2018, Apple Inc. reached out to us. They expressed their enthusiasm for our products but they also asked us to consider a name change as the current one includes the letters ‘apple’. This triggered numerous brainstorm sessions and reconsideration of our values, focus and goals. After careful thought we have opted for a name which stays relatively close to our original one. We are excited to announce that, as of May 1st, our new name will be Strapa. We would like to thank all our fans and customers who filled out our survey and all of you who have gone the extra mile by offering your own ideas. Thank you so much for your input. Your responses have been overwhelming! 

As always, we will continue to make straps with the same devotion and quality which you have come to expect from us.
